Through conversations and hands-on experiences, your child learns about their strengths and gains first practical insights. Equally important: realizing that a certain career field is not a good fit is just as valuable in helping them make informed decisions.

Full process of preparation and follow-up:
Grade 9:
Visit the BOGY fair, talk with interns, and note what your child would like or not like in their own internship.
Start of Grade 10:
BOGY Compass test for orientation. Your child should think about their own questions and goals for the internship and record them in the reflection sheet.
During BOGY:
Create a profile of the professional field and complete the reflection sheet.
After BOGY:
Reflect on the internship, create a poster, and present their experiences to 9th graders.
